I have drawn this week two the real Dolph's portraits, which i wanted to offer as a thank you for the inspiration of my parody in my graphic novel 'Elves and the Agro Adventure', but I have returned to my old habit of drawing the person + me. The first version looked like a child of Dolph Lundgren, Mads Mikkelsen, and me! At least I make myself laugh..
So you have to wait. It's strange how quickly one forgets the basic tips. Keep a paper under your hand, so you don't smear anything, use an support to lift your paper to an angel,so you don't elongate the proportions, look at your picture from further away...Or maybe that too is the ego, that not only pushes itself to mix itself with another person's portrait, but also thinks, its doesn't need to do this, it JUST does it.
So, I give you the spontaneous, in the flow, watercolor, the sad moose.
-my Comixology/digital version of 'Elves & the Agro Adventure' advances- I had filled the tax papers incorrectly(wish I had a brain).
-I'll put up an Etsy shop this year, where I'll be selling prints of my watercolors- trees, landscapes, cute creatures.
-The story for next graphic novel is almost ready- coming out also this year.
And here's the link for the paperback of 'Elves and the Agro Adventure':
