If you start feeling sore or your muscles start to hurt, you need to stop and get some rest. I know, this it's easy for most people. We all need to work to pay the bills, and we often overwork ourselves. If, you give yourself the time to relax you can avoid sore muscles turning into something worse.
2) Take a Relaxing Bath
Taking a hot bath help to relax and loosen your muscles. Many times just taking a nice hot bath can stop sore, achy muscles. There are many things you can add to the bath water that will relax your muscles and soothe the pain. Lavender, bath salts, and baking soda can all help to relax your muscles.
3) Soothe Muscle Pain with Muscle Balm or Cream
A great to help sore, achy muscles is to use a muscle balm or cream. There are thousands of different types of muscles balms and creams on the market today. You should have no problem finding one that you like, and that works for you.
No matter what you do, when your muscles first start to hurt, remember to stop and relax. You may end up finding yourself in a doctors office or even being forced to rest for weeks.
